Spring Valley Air Conditioning has been in the HVAC business since 1985. Our founders, Marion and Mike Motley, still run the business today. Over the years, as a family owned business with consistent leadership we have been able to stay true to the same principles our business was founded on. We always put the needs of the customer first and our technicians provide the best service available. Simply put, we believe in doing business right. At Spring Valley Air Conditioning, we treat each one of our customers and our employees like family.

Throughout the years, Spring Valley Air Conditioning team has grown to include more than 30 employees. We have been able to expand our services and extend our service area to include Richland, Lexington, and Lugoff–Elgin. We aren’t slowing down either.
